Your university is not listed with ACCA for conditional exemptions, so you cannot claim exemptions while pursuing Bcom, but once you complete your Bcom, you can claim 5 exemptions basis your graduation. You can also start ACCA right now based on your 12th Qualification.

So you either start now and would ahve to attempt all 13 papers, or if you wish to wait and start after you complete your graduation, you would have to give 8 papers.
