Yes you can start the journey from Skill level for ACCA but for claiming the exemptions, you will have to write to ACCA at students@accaglobal.com and inform them of the scenario. You would also need to provide the marksheets and degree certificate of BCOM in order to claim the exemptions.
I had registered myself on basis of 12th Qualification 3 years back and was not able to continue with my the preparation for ACCA. now that I have completed my BCOM and looking to restart ACCA jounrey do I need to start from Knowledge level or can i get exemptions and start directly with Skill level
