One programme, three levels, one written Pass Commitment at every stage. Pick where you are today.

New to CFA?

Eligibility, syllabus weights for all 3 levels, CFA Institute fees, scholarships, and salary bands — the complete guide before you commit.

CFA Level 1

~200 hours of live class, 2,500+ questions, 5 full mocks. The broadest level — wide coverage, disciplined execution.

CFA Level 2

~180 hours, 1,500+ vignette-style questions, 4 full mocks. The steepest jump — case-reading and pacing, not recall.

CFA Level 3

Graded essay drills, 3 pathways to choose from, 1:1 feedback from Charterholder mentors — your final stretch before the charter.

Why Aspirants Choose Proschool

Charterholders & CFA Level 3–qualified faculty

Every core CFA module is taught by a practising CFA Charterholder or CFA Level 3–qualified faculty member.

Exclusive to Proschool

Every Practice Question, Powered by ProInsight

Get a question wrong, and ProInsight doesn’t just mark it — it identifies why you got it wrong, adds a summary note on that topic, and gives you new questions on the same concept until it stops tripping you up.

1:1 Mentorship, Every Quarter

Quarterly reviews flag weak topics and adjust your study plan — a Pass Commitment only means something if we’re tracking your readiness the whole way through.

Support That Meets You Where You Are

How you approach your CFA prep varies with your life stage and situation — and depends on your background and prior exposure to financial markets.

1st Year Student

CFA Institute requires you to be within 23 months of graduation, so you can’t register yet.
If you are pursuing a 3-year degree, you can start your prep else look to prepare base by studying “Investment Foundation” certification from CFA Institute or pursue a “Financial Modelling” program that is recommended by CFA and will help in Level 1 prep later.

Proschool helps: Proschool offers a CFA comprehensive variant that includes Investment Foundation; ideal for first year students.

2nd Year Student

The ideal time to start — most students need 9 – 12 months of prep to be exam-ready. Opening your own demat account and investing alongside your prep helps the theory stick.

Proschool helps: end-to-end CFA Institute registration, Charterholder-led classes, ProInsight – powered practice, and full-length mocks — everything you need to start strong.

3rd Year / Final Year Student

Balancing final year with Level 1 CFA prep is demanding — and this is also when placement support becomes critical.

Proschool helps: Level 1 CFA prep and registration support, 1:1 mentoring, and placement support — resumes, interviews, recruiter intros. FM.ai adds the practical skills that make your placement profile stand out.

Recent Graduate

Your first job matters — the right kind of role (research, IB, wealth management) builds real experience toward the charter while you prepare for Level 1. Recruiters also expect practical modelling skills, not just exam credentials.

Proschool helps: Level 1 CFA prep to help you get started, placement support that lands you real, qualifying work, and Financial Modelling (FM.ai) to close the practical-skills gap recruiters look for.

Working Professional

Working full-time and ready to start your CFA journey? Most working professionals need a schedule that fits around their job to stay consistent.

Proschool helps: Level 1 CFA prep through live-online batches or self-paced study, built for working professionals, continued mentoring, and Financial Modelling (FM.ai) if you’re looking to move into a more analytical role..

Exact timing shifts slightly for 3-year vs. 4-year degrees — a counsellor maps this precisely to your course during your free call.

CFA Course FAQs — Answered by Proschool

Choosing Proschool

Every core module is taught by a CFA Charterholder or L3-qualified faculty member. Proschool backs the programme with a written Pass Commitment (free re-attempt), not a refund or recordings-only fallback. Cycle-wise pass-rate data is shared on your counselling call.
CFA Level 3 qualified faculty and Practising CFA charter holders. We don’t hire generalist finance trainers for the core CFA modules. Each faculty on the page is named with credentials, current industry role and a LinkedIn link. L2 and L3 faculty are typically active in the industry, because case-style and essay-style teaching benefit from current case material.
ProInsight is Proschool’s own practice platform, exclusive to our students. When you get a question wrong, it identifies the reason behind the mistake, gives you a summary note on that topic, and generates fresh practice questions on the same concept — so a weak topic gets reinforced until it’s actually fixed.

Programme & Bundles

CFA Prep (₹36K to 65K) if you only want to test the waters at Level 1. CFA + Financial Modelling (₹95,000) is the flagship and what we recommend for most students. It adds the practical Excel/modelling layer that recruiters now expect, plus placement support. CFA + IMS MBA stacks an MBA in parallel; Full Charter is for committed candidates who want all three levels with charter-application support. The 15-minute call is the fastest way to decide.

Yes. EMI is available on every bundle through our standard partners (3, 6, 9 and 12-month options depending on the bundle). EMI applies to Proschool tuition only, not to the CFA Institute exam fee which is paid directly to the CFA Institute in USD currency. Counsellors share the current list of EMI providers, interest rates, and processing terms on the call.

A refund returns money. The Pass Commitment returns time and effort. If you follow the programme and don’t clear Level 1, we re-enrol you in the next cohort, same faculty, same mocks, no extra tuition fee. The CFA Institute exam fee is separate either way (it goes to the CFA Institute, not Proschool). The full eligibility rules and exclusions can be seen at /cfa-course/pass-commitment.

Cities, Modes & Schedule

Pick the centre closest to where you live as pace, peer pressure and Saturday discussion sessions all happen in the room. We run classroom batches in Mumbai (Andheri, Borivali, Thane), Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Delhi, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Kolkata and Navi Mumbai, subject to a minimum cohort size. If you’re outside these cities, the live online cohort is the same syllabus, same faculty, same mocks.
Outcome data is similar across modes at Proschool. Classroom suits students who want pace and peer accountability; online suits working professionals or candidates outside our 10 cities. The deciding factor is your weekly schedule, not the mode. Hybrid (classroom for some weekends, online for others) is allowed at no extra fee, ideal for travelling professionals.
New CFA Level 1 cohorts start every quarter, aligned to the four CFA Institute exam windows (February, May, August, November). Most students join the cohort six months ahead of their target window, which gives the full 200-hour programme plus the five-mock cycle to complete. Counsellors share the next start date for your city on the 15-minute call.

Getting Started

You speak with a Proschool counsellor who checks your eligibility, recommends which level to start at, suggests a bundle that fits your goal, and gives you a realistic picture of the next 18 months. If CFA isn’t right for you, we’ll say so and point you to FRM, CFP, ACCA or Financial Modelling instead.
Yes, mid-cycle joins are allowed. We assess your current preparation and place you in the appropriate week of the running cohort. Recordings of the weeks you’ve missed are shared so you can catch up. The Pass Commitment applies from the next full cycle onwards. Talk to a counsellor for the exact mechanics.
Yes. Book the 15-minute call and we’ll share a recorded sample lecture from one of our faculty (typically an Ethics or FSA module, both of which are weighted heavily in L1). On request we can also arrange a sit-in on a live session at a centre near you.
